Damla earned her bachelor's degree in Midwifery from Dumlupınar University in Turkey in 2013. She pursued a master's degree in Gynecology Nursing at Gaziantep University, working as a maternity unit supervisor midwife for a year. Securing a scholarship from the Ministry of Education, Turkey, she completed her MSc Advanced Midwifery Practice at Anglia Ruskin University in England in 2019. Damla, now a Ph.D. student, specializes in Complex Childbirth, Holistic Midwifery Education, Fear of Childbirth, and more. Her research focuses on the relationship between the new mentoring system in midwifery education and culturally diverse students.

Andrzej Lange, a distinguished medical graduate from the Medical School in Wrocław, Poland, is a professor at the Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He is also the founder and director of the Lower Silesian Center of Cellular Transplantation in Wrocław. With international experience dating back to his Leverhulme Fellowship at the Middlesex Hospital Medical School, London, from 1973 to 1974, Prof. Lange has lectured at numerous scientific institutions across Europe and North America. Renowned for his work in bone marrow transplantation and regenerative medicine, he has received several scientific awards and contributed significantly to national and European institutions, including editorial roles in scientific journals. Prof. Lange has authored or co-authored 249 peer-reviewed scientific papers with a cumulative impact factor of 270 between 1995 and 2017.

Professor Salom possesses extensive experience in both public and private health sectors, offering a rich background in collaborating with various levels of government. With over 25 years of engagement in health, spanning academia, pathology, research, and health management across Australia, she recently served as the Director of Pathology at Monash University for three years. In this role, Ruth spearheaded the consolidation of a unified pathology service spanning multiple hospitals, overseeing a workforce of over 1800 staff members. Additionally, she played a pivotal role in launching significant research endeavors, notably establishing the Centre of Cancer Biology.
